I want to personally welcome you to Nifty Chef. My philosophy is that everyone is a Nifty Chef no matter what your level of cooking experience. I've been cooking for over 35 years and love to exchange recipes and cooking ideas.

In so many ways food connects us to our family members, friends and ancestral history. We share meals together, building lasting relationships, exchange recipes thus giving a small piece of ourselves to family and friends. I think it is very important to pass our recipes to our children and keep our history alive. This site covers 4 generations of recipes and I invite you to share your recipes and memories with us, your children, family and friends.
