French Bread/Bread Machine Print E-mail

Ingredients:

1 Pkg. Yeast
3 Cups Bread Flour
2 Tablespoons White Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup less 1Tablespoon Hot Water (105° - 115°)
2 Stiffly Beaten Egg Whites

Directions:


Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks and then set aside. Place the remaining ingredient into the bread machine pan in the order given. Add the egg whites. Set the bread machine to French Bread then start.

Notes:


Ingredients should be room temperature.
