Ingredients:

3 Cups uncooked Mostaccioli or Penne
1 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Pound Pork Sausage, Hot
¼ Cup Onion, chopped
1 Can (10 ¾ oz.) Tomato Soup, undiluted
1 Can (15 oz.) Tomato Sauce
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
¼ Teaspoon Celery Seed
½ Teaspoon Italian Seasonings
½ Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Cup Mozzarella, shredded
1/8 Cup Parmesan, grated

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350° Grease a 2 Quart baking dish.

Cook pasta according to the directions on the package. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, sausage and onion until the meat is no longer pink, drain. Stir in the tomato soup, sauce and spices.

Drain the pasta and stir into the meat sauce. Transfer to the greased baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 30 – 35 minutes until heated through.

Note: I like the spicy flavor that the sausage adds. You can also add some Bell Pepper to the meat as you brown it.
