spaghettiIngredients:

1 ½ to 2 lbs. of Hamburger
½ Onion, chopped
2- 1 lb. 12 oz. Cans Crushed Tomatoes
2- 6 oz. Cans Tomato Paste
2-Small Cans of Sliced Mushrooms, do not drain
2 Cloves of Garlic or 1 Tablespoon of Dried, Sliced Garlic
2 Bay Leaves
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Salt, or to taste
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Celery Seed
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
¼ Cup Cheddar Cheese
¼ Cup Wine (White or Rose)
1 Pkg. Spaghetti Noodles

Directions:

Brown the hamburger and chopped onion in a large, 6 Quart pot. When cooked through, drain off the grease. Add the remaining ingredients in order and stir. Note: add the mushrooms and their juice. The crushed tomatoes don’t have much liquid so a small bit of water may be added for simmering. Simmer the sauce for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Cook the spaghetti noodles per the package directions. Serve with a nice crusty bread and salad.
