 1 Cup Popcorn (popped) 1/2 Cup Butter 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup White Corn Syrup Dash of Salt 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Directions:
Preheat oven to 250° Place the butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt into a large sauce pan. While stirring bring to a boil. Boil and stir for 1 minute then remove from the heat. Add baking soda and vanilla and stir until frothy. In a large bowl pour the carmel over the popped pop corn. Gently stir and fold to coat the popcorn. Place popcorn mixture in a large shallow baking dish or cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Notes:

| Written by RustyAvenger | | Thursday, 25 December 2008 02:54 | Ingredients: 1 cup of pumpkin seeds (do not rinse) 1 tbsp of oil (canola or vegetable) per cup of seeds Salt as desired Seasonings: ground cinnamon and/or allspice to taste Directions: Separate seeds from pulp but don't rinse. In a bowl mix seeds with oil and salt to coat seeds thoroughly. Put seeds in shallow baking pan. Bake at 250 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours to dry seeds. Remove seeds and season as desired with ground cinnamon and/or allspice. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes to roast. Servings: 1 serving Recipe Difficulty: Easy Preparation Time: 5 Min.
