| Ingredients: 1 cup of pumpkin seeds (do not rinse) 1 tbsp of oil (canola or vegetable) per cup of seeds Salt as desired Seasonings: ground cinnamon and/or allspice to taste Directions: Separate seeds from pulp but don't rinse. In a bowl mix seeds with oil and salt to coat seeds thoroughly. Put seeds in shallow baking pan. Bake at 250 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours to dry seeds. Remove seeds and season as desired with ground cinnamon and/or allspice. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes to roast. Servings: 1 serving Recipe Difficulty: Easy Preparation Time: 5 Min.
