| Ingredients: ![]() 1 Cup Popcorn (popped) 1/2 Cup Butter 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup White Corn Syrup Dash of Salt 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Directions: Preheat oven to 250° Place the butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt into a large sauce pan. While stirring bring to a boil. Boil and stir for 1 minute then remove from the heat. Add baking soda and vanilla and stir until frothy. In a large bowl pour the carmel over the popped pop corn. Gently stir and fold to coat the popcorn. Place popcorn mixture in a large shallow baking dish or cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Notes: Cool completely then store in zip top bags to keep the moisture out. Servings: 6 Recipe Difficulty: Easy Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 1 hour Country: USA |
